Return & Exchange Policy
At Apollo Precision, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every optic we produce. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase included.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@apolloprecisionofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we’ll cover the shipping both ways.
If the return is for any other reason (such as buyer’s remorse or wrong fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different model or color? We’ll gladly exchange your product once your return is received and approved.
Warranty Claims
All Apollo Precision optics are backed by our 5-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims follow a separate process — please reach out to support@apolloprecisionofficial.com for assistance.
Exceptions
Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or intentional damage are not eligible for return.
Clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty Policy
At Apollo Precision, we stand by every optic we build. Each product is engineered, tested, and assembled with precision so you can shoot with confidence every time.
Our Promise
We guarantee that all Apollo Precision products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase. If your optic fails due to a manufacturing defect during this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What’s Covered
• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Optical, mechanical, or electronic failures not caused by misuse
• Replacement of defective parts or full product replacement (at our discretion)
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or finish wear
• Damage from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modification
• Loss, theft, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or intentional harm
• Accessories or mounts not manufactured by Apollo Precision
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Email support@apolloprecisionofficial.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
Once your optic is received and inspected, we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible, typically within 10 to 14 business days.
No Registration Required
We believe in simplicity. You do not need to register your product. Your proof of purchase is your warranty.

Shipping Policy
At Apollo Precision, we take pride in getting your gear to you quickly and securely. Every order is packed with care and shipped directly from our Texas facility using UPS Flat Rate Shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We use UPS Flat Rate Shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. Typical delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your region.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Apollo Precision is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact support@apolloprecisionofficial.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive your order.
International Shipping
At this time, Apollo Precision only ships within the United States.
